How it works
This ball offers two selectable modes to keep play fresh. Irregular Rolling Mode (blue light) runs for 25 seconds with a rolling and rotating motion, then pauses for 5 seconds, repeating for a total of 2 minutes. Crazy Bouncing Mode (red light) makes the ball bounce for 10 seconds, pauses for 5 seconds, and repeats for 1 minute before entering standby.
In addition, the ball houses a built-in motion sensor. When your dog touches or bites the surface, it automatically starts to roll or bounce for the designated time and then settles into standby. Multi-color flashing lights flash to grab your pet's attention during play, especially in dim rooms or during evening sessions.

Where to use
Irregular Rolling Mode is ideal for hard floors such as marble, wood, and tile. It does not require a tennis ball cover for this mode and is not recommended for dogs that chew aggressively. The plush ball cover works in Crazy Bouncing Mode and is designed with mild chewers in mind. On thin carpets or outdoor lawns, the ball moves with less noise and more freedom, letting your dog chase in lively circles.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
