Following the diagram labeled Figure 3, place the ball inside the cover, open the air plug, and begin inflating. At 25.5 inches you will notice a gap between the ball and cover; at 27.5 inches the gap narrows; by 30 inches the ball fits fully inside the cover. Then plug the air and zip the cover closed.
